Who processes your data

Riftbound Training Data is published and operated on a personal, non-professional basis. For any question about your data, write to contact@riftbound-training-data.com.

What is collected

Your username, your e-mail address, your display name, and the data you enter yourself: decks, games, team membership, display preferences. Audience measurement is performed by Matomo, hosted on our own servers, without cookies and with IP address anonymisation: it cannot identify you.

Why, and on what legal basis

Your account and your game data are used to provide you with the service you requested — this is performance of a contract. Registration confirmation, password reset, team invitation, and e-mail change messages rest on the same basis: they are necessary for the account to function and do not depend on any consent. Informational messages, on the other hand, are only sent to you if you have explicitly consented, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Who else has access

Brevo, a French company, delivers our e-mails as a processor. OVH hosts the server, in France. Matomo is hosted by us and does not transmit anything to anyone. No data is sold, rented, or transferred outside the European Union.

How long

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You may delete it at any time from your settings: deletion is immediate and permanent, and removes your decks, your games, and your team memberships.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and objection. Exporting your data and deleting your account are available directly from your settings. For any other request, write to contact@riftbound-training-data.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.
